These Terms of Service govern your use of the NR Capacitor website and the purchase of products from NR Capacitor, a film capacitor manufacturer based in Hosur, Tamil Nadu, India. By using our website or placing an order, you agree to these terms.
2. Products and Specifications
NR Capacitor manufactures AC Motor Run Capacitors, MPP Motor Start Capacitors, and Ceiling & Exhaust Fan Capacitors. Product specifications, including capacitance range, voltage ratings, and dimensions, are provided as general guidelines. Actual specifications for specific orders will be confirmed in the quotation and order acknowledgement.
We reserve the right to make minor design modifications that do not materially affect form, fit, or function, as part of our continuous product improvement process.
3. Pricing and Quotations
All prices are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise specified. Quotations are valid for 15 days from the date of issue, unless otherwise stated. Prices are ex-factory Hosur, Tamil Nadu, unless delivery terms are explicitly agreed in writing.
NR Capacitor reserves the right to revise pricing in the event of significant raw material cost fluctuations, currency exchange rate changes, or modifications to the requested specifications.
4. Orders and Acceptance
All orders are subject to written acceptance by NR Capacitor. An order is considered accepted only when we issue a formal order acknowledgement. We reserve the right to refuse or limit order quantities at our discretion.
5. Payment Terms
Payment terms are 50% advance and 50% against dispatch for new customers, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Established customers with approved credit may qualify for extended terms. All payments must be made by bank transfer, cheque, or other agreed methods.
6. Delivery and Shipping
Standard delivery timelines are 7-10 business days for standard products and 15-20 business days for custom specifications, from order confirmation. These timelines are estimates and not guaranteed. NR Capacitor is not liable for delays caused by force majeure, transportation disruptions, or customs clearance.
Risk and title pass to the buyer upon delivery to the carrier, except where explicitly agreed otherwise in writing.
7. Inspection and Claims
Buyer must inspect all goods upon receipt. Any claims for defects, shortages, or damage must be reported in writing within 7 days of delivery. Failure to report within this period constitutes acceptance of the goods as conforming to the order.
8. Warranty
NR Capacitor warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from the date of manufacture, under normal operating conditions within specified ratings. This warranty is limited to replacement or repair of the defective product, at our discretion. It does not cover damage caused by misuse, improper installation, unauthorised modification, or operation outside specified parameters.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, NR Capacitor' total liability for any claim arising from the sale or use of its products shall not exceed the purchase price of the specific products giving rise to the claim. In no event shall NR Capacitor be liable for consequential, incidental, or special damages, including but not limited to equipment downtime, lost profits, or replacement costs.
10. Intellectual Property
All content on this website, including text, images, logos, product data, and technical documentation, is the property of NR Capacitor and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, or used without our prior written consent.
11. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these terms or the purchase of products shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Hosur, Tamil Nadu. The parties shall attempt to resolve disputes through good-faith negotiation before initiating legal proceedings.
12. Website Use and Conduct
You agree not to use our website for any unlawful purpose, to transmit malware or harmful code, to attempt unauthorised access to our systems, or to engage in any activity that could damage or impair our website or services.
13. Modifications
NR Capacitor reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes are effective immediately upon posting. Continued use of our website or placement of orders after changes constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
